1. Clean the skin tag and surrounding area with one of the cleaning pads provided.
2. Push one of the strips up and above the cone.
3. Place the cone on the skin and at the level of the surrounding skin.
4. Place the remover on the cone and push lightly until the bracelet releases from the end.
5. The bracelet will now be held firmly in place where it will remain until the medal is worn.
